"Packaging felt really careless"
I was excited to try this coffee, but the way it arrived was disappointing. The bag wasn’t sealed well, and there was loose coffee all over the box. The box itself was banged up too, which made it feel like there wasn’t really a real person checking the order before it went out. The coffee might still be good, but dealing with the mess right away made the whole thing frustrating.

"Good subscription, just plan ahead a bit"
Overall, I've had a good experience with this coffee subscription. The coffee shows up regularly, and when I needed to skip a few deliveries, it was simple to do. My only small caution is that shipping can be a little slow sometimes, so I try not to wait until I'm completely out before counting on the next bag arriving.

"Super easy to order"
I ordered from SF Bay Coffee it was a smooth experience. The site was easy to navigate, I found the coffee I wanted quickly, and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. It also worked well on my phone, which I always appreciate. No confusion, no hassle, I’d definitely use it again.

"Decent coffee, but the packaging really adds up"
The coffee itself is fine, nothing bad to say about the taste, and I actually don’t mind drinking it day to day. But the amount of plastic packaging is hard to ignore. Between the pods and the bags, it just feels like I’m throwing away a lot every time I make coffee, which makes me feel a little guilty, honestly. I expected there to be better recyclable or more eco-friendly options, especially since so many brands are moving in that direction now. It’s one of those things where the product is okay, but the packaging piles up so quickly that it makes me hesitate to keep ordering.

"Good help from customer service"
I had a small issue with my order so I messaged customer service, and they got back to me quick. They were really nice about it too, which I appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I expected to get everything fully fixed, but they kept me updated and did sort it out in the end. Overall it was a good experience, jsut not totally perfect.

"Nice at first, then it pulls a disappearing act"
When I opened the bag, the coffee smelled really nice, so I thought I was in for something special. Then I brewed it, and apparently the aroma had other plans. It’s not bad at all, just more average than I expected. I was hoping for a stronger smell, but hey, at least it made an entrance.

"I really wanted to enjoy this because I..."
I really wanted to enjoy this because I was hoping it would be a solid everyday coffee, but the flavor just didn’t quite come through for me. It tasted a bit weak and almost stale, even though I made it the same way I usually do. Maybe I got an off batch, I’m not sure, but it just wasn’t as rich or fresh as I expected. It’s not awful, but I was a little disappointed and probably wouldn’t order it again unless I knew others had a better experience.

"Fresh coffee that a friend actually recommended"
A friend told me to try these beans, and I’m glad I did. They showed up quickly, and the smell when I opened the bag was amazing—super fresh. My morning coffee tastes so much better than the usual store-bought stuff. Really happy with it so far.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
It got here way faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. I don’t really remember what the original estimate was, but shipping was smooth and I didn’t run into any issues.

"Works really well with my Keurig"
I was a little concerned at first that these pods might not fit properly in my Keurig, but they’ve worked perfectly fine in my machine at home.

So far, I haven’t had any leaking, jamming, or odd issues, which is a relief. I’ve tried a few other brands that were kind of a hassle, but these have been very straightforward.
They’re easy to use, make a normal cup every time, and don’t leave a mess. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would definitely order them again.

"The roast has been kind of inconsistent"
I don’t know, it just hasn’t been the same lately. Every bag seems to taste a little different, so it’s hard to know what I’m going to get.

"I really wanted to like these..."
I really wanted to like these because the idea of quick single-serve coffee in the morning is exactly what I need, especially when I’m half-awake and feeding the cat at 6:30. But these pods were hit or miss for me. A couple brewed totally fine and tasted decent, nothing amazing but good enough. Then a few came out super weak and watery, and one actually clogged up my machine, which was a messy little disaster before work. Maybe I just ended up with a bad box, but between the inconsistent coffee and the cleanup, I don’t think I’d buy them again.

"Pretty good for the price"
I thought the coffee was solid, especially for what it costs. It’s not like some fancy café blend or anything, but for an everyday cup, I mean... yeah, I’d buy it again...

"I ordered ground coffee from SF Bay..."
I ordered ground coffee from SF Bay Coffee, the grind was exactly what I needed for my drip machine. It wasn’t too powdery or too coarse, and every pot came out smooth without me having to fuss with anything.
I’ve definitely had coffee from other brands where the grind felt all over the place, so this was a nice surprise. It’s such a small thing, but having coffee turn out right in the morning makes the day feel a little steadier, and I really appreciate that

"My order was completely wrong"
I ordered two bags of whole bean coffee and one decaf, but what showed up was three bags of regular ground coffee. It wasn’t even close to what I chose, which was frustrating because I was looking forward to trying what I actually picked.

Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days, and then I still had to go through the hassle of returning everything. The coffee itself is fine, but having to chase them to fix a mistake they made kind of felt like begging, and I definitely felt some resentment by the end of it
